The condo far exceeded our expectations. From other reviews we thought this condo would have the bare minimum but it certainly did not. This condo was stocked with everything you need. The kitchen was very well equipped and missing nothing. All you have to add is the food. There are plenty of towels for the bathrooms. The condo was absolutely spotless, even the top of the fridge which is often missed. The furniture was definitely not outdated as others had said and we found the beds to be very comfy. Our children stayed in the room with twin beds and really liked it. Hangers are provided for clothes that hang. The view from the balcony was wonderful and as always the beach was amazing. Victor was great to deal with and was very responsive with any questions we had. We hope to return next year.

Everything was great

I have been coming to Midnight Cove for years. This is the first time using booking.com. The location of the condo was perfect, first bldg behind the office on the bayside, 3rd floor. The balcony was amazing and overlooked the pool. It was very private.

The condo was very dated. The bedrooms were very hot and hard to cool down (the rest of the condo was very cool). No ceiling fan in the twin bedroom, which would’ve helped tremendously. We ended up buying a fan and left it there for the next guest. The dryer took several cycles to dry even a small load. The shower pressure was terrible and the water was hot, you could not adjust it. No place to hang towels. We also purchased a cooler and left it for the next guest. That would’ve also been helpful if the condo had one. I asked the owner if the unit had beach towels and was told yes. They were actually bath towels. We also had to purchased beach towels. I would’ve brought some with me if I knew this. The stove top burners were very unsteady making it hard to cook for fear the skillet would fall off. The furniture in the den was arranged such that the opening for sliding door to the patio was covered by the couch. You had to open it backwards. I think a few small touches with updates to the decor would make for a better 1st impression.

The unit needed a thorough cleaning, the curtain in the bedroom was awful, dusty. The ceiling in the bedroom was awful. In the other bedroom there was a piece of what looked like melted candy in the windowsill. The owner asked me to get a linen package at the office, that his cleaning person stole his linens. When we arrived there were plenty linens in the closet but I still went to the office as he requested. The office staff wasn't very friendly & acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Some communication issues there I'm assuming w/ the owner . Also, the toilets kept running. I told the owner, he said jiggle the handle. I did that several times & on the one toilet it continued to run & we could hear that whenever in the room.
