Under New Ownership as 11/5/18... Beautifully decorated ground floor unit featuring ceramic tile floors and extended living room. Slider doors open to screens across the back of the unit and your own private back door. Step out to the serene canal waters, boat docks and swimming pool. Living room offers sofa bed, TV, DVD, & CD player. Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, TV & DVD. Master bath has tub with shower head and glass doors. Guest bedroom offers twin beds with TV. Guest bath has shower only with glass doors. Washer & Dryer. Free Wi-Fi! Less than a 5 minute walk to your private piece of world famous Crescent Beach!

In the summary of the of the property, I would let it be known boldy that you have to supply your own additonal Paper goods, we have stayed at many Condo's we have never had to supply anything. We realize this is not a Hotel, why we have to wash beach towels was odd. We just purchased our own beach towels, since there was no washer and dryers, as in Condo's we have rent in the past. Location to the the pool was excellent. Easy access to parking. Trash contatiners needs to be little closer to rooms. Window dressings need to be updated slats kept falling down. The filter in the A/C was filthy and past the info on to the management with no results, and all the owners personal possesions in the closets seemed odd. Carpet was dirty. No ceiling fans. Sorry for the bad review, something I think can be easly corrected.

Excellent stay, everything was nice ,clean,friendly,no issues only obstacle was getting out of complex due to traffic but eventually made it.We had a great time and will be back for our fifth visit to Midnight Cove .
