About this apartment rental
Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2012 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS A LOWER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT D). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). Annually, on the 2nd Saturday of September (after Labor Day), we host a "Harbor Bash" for the marina and surrounding neighborhoods with live music 2pm-10pm. We love staying here and this was our second time back. Bree and Bill are great! We love the condo because it feels like home but without the chaos :) Great location, great views, great people! We are looking forward to coming back again!

This property is part of a marina and is centrally located 10-15 minutes from Lakeside/Marblehead to the east, Miller’s Ferry to the north, and Port Clinton to the west. The space was peaceful, very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults. The owners, Bree and Bill, made sure that our stay was wonderful and provided lots of information about things to do. Their property provided access to a bar with drinks an pizza and a heated pool

We absolutely loved our weekend and will be back. The hosts were amazing such a sweet fun family. Everything we needed was right there so we never actually ventured to put-n.bay haha.

The condo was clean and beautiful. we had unit D on the ground floor. The front door butts up to a boat ramp where guys are working on boats and walking back and forth on the sidewalk around the condo and right by our patio all day long. we had to close the blinds for privacy. If they had said hello or acknowledged us it would have made things a little better. Very unfriendly atmosphere there, however the owner was very nice.
