About this villa rental
Atrium Villas were designed for architecture and nature lovers who seek more than relaxation. The views from the villas are beyond expectations while the green scenery leaves breathless. The villas are surrounded by hiking paths and miniature churches nearby. The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each with 4 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms, ideal for up to 8 guests.
Each 4-bedroom Atrium Villa is split over 3 levels and has 2 buildings connected with a covered pergola. The first building has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a corner window that breaks the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, looking towards to the magnificent Aegean sea. In the same building you may also find a cozy bedroom with private bathroom next door. With a reference to a stone tower, 2 Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful sea or swimming pool view are located in the second building. One more bedroom with an inland view is available at the lower level of each villa.
For an ultimate relax each villa has a spacious swimming pool area with a several sitting areas to choose from. A common BBQ area located on a hill overlooking the villas gives the final touch for an unforgettable Greek summer night.

Atrium Villas is an absolutely stunning property!! The views rival that of anything I've seen anywhere! The property is exceptionally well-maintained. Staff are on-site daily to take care of both the outdoor property and indoors as well, which was a bonus! It is clear that the owners take great pride in this property. The location of the villas is ideal. It is remotely situated up in the mountains away from town, so the drive to the villas is gorgeous and, once there, it is private and quiet. Given that it is a small island, though, you are never more than a 15-minute drive from anywhere in Skiathos. On future trips to Skiathos, Atrium Villas is the only place we will stay.

Wir haben unsere Villa sehr genossen. Täglicher Service und handtuchwechsel. Etwas abgelegen in den bergen, Jeep ist empfehlenswert, aber nicht nötig. Sehr schöne Häuser und eine sehr nette, jederzeit erreichbare Betreuung vor Ort!

The villa was well equipped and very modern style. It is on the mountain with a phantasmic view onto the sea. With good weather you can sit on the tears t watch the sun go down in the evening.
The beds are very comfortable. The villa is cleaned every day and you get towels renewed every 3-4 days. The pool is looked after every day as well. Good service all around. If you need help organise your stay, there is every help you can get.
We had a great two weeks and can only recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. Car is essential. Be aware that at the moment there is n washing machine in the villas. But apparently they are working on that.
