This holiday flat is located on the second floor of an apartment building with no elevator, only 500 meters from two beautiful sandy beaches.
The 75 m² apartment accommodates four people. It boasts a bathroom with a tub, a shower, a toilet, a bidet and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has double bed (140 x 190 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (110 x 190 cm). Two guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room (140 x 200 cm) upon request. The living room also boasts a dining table and a flat screen television. The open plan kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave and a kettle. Furthermore, there is a utility room with a washing machine. Both bedrooms have individual air conditioned and ceiling fans.
From the living room you have access to a beautiful balcony with views on either side. The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture. The community pool is open year round and has a separate kiddie pool. The pool area boasts an outdoor shower, sun shades and sun loungers. Street parking is available in front of the building free of charge.

There are many hiking and bicycle trails along the coast. It is only 500 meters to the beautiful sandy beach. Shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the vicinity. There are several golf courses in a six to 25 km perimeter.

Good location about 10 mins walk to the strip at Cabo Roig. The apartment was well kept and had everything you needed only thing missing was beach/pool towels. Our host was very friendly and has a lot of knowledge of the area. Grounds and pool are very well kept our apartment was second floor great view if you are ok with stairs. Restaurants on the strip are very busy in the summer so try and book if you have a large group. We all enjoyed our stay

We had a great time at the apartment and pool. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was great during the 38 degrees lat week. We sleept perfect during the warm nights. Area is nice you can walk everything wthin 10 minutes.
