Dunegrass Cottage is reminiscent of a beach cottage you might find in Nantucket without the long drive. This 1930's cottage has been beautifully renovated with hardwood floors throughout and features an updated kitchen and three new baths. With seven bedrooms, two living rooms, two enormous decks and a large screened-in porch, the house is perfect for large groups or family reunions. The property is situated on a large lot with a yard, a firepit, and an outdoor shower. The private Gowdy Shores beach is just a short walk through the wooded path. Close to downtown Union Pier as well.
All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, central heat/air, outdoor hot tub, firepit, gas grill, screened-in porch, steps to association beach and more!

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
**No Events or Parties Allowed.
**No Pets Allowed.

I stayed here with my extended family for a week at the beach. It was a very short walk to the beach, and the excellent deck and screened in porch were perfect for us. The house itself it set up well for several groups to share.
