Friendly hosts, clean rooms and lovely breakfast
The room was perfect for us and accommodating for our pet dog. It was easy access as the dog likes to go out in the middle of the night.
Could hear the traffic from the room but it wasn’t a problem.

Great location (conveniently 2 minutes from bus stops in either direction and 5-20 mins walk from all other Llanberis amenities; photo is view down High St from door); we loved our room, lovely view (over lake and down to mountains as in pic), comfy bed and chairs, clever clothes hanging space and kettle/hairdryer. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals and fruit as well as the usual (nicely cooked) breakfast offering. Little jar of mixed sweeties a nice touch for a treat when arriving or returning from a walk. Amenable and helpful hostess.
They were unable to provide us with an early breakfast on the morning we walked up Yr Wydda so we had to find and book an alternative venue for breakfast. We understand this was due to staff being unable to get in early enough by public transport so no fault of the owner/managers who kindly gave us a packed lunch another day in lieu. Natural yoghurt would’ve been nice, and an alternative to bacon, sausage and eggs etc, such as smoked haddock, would be welcome, but a very minor issue on our 3 night stay. Would become more of an issue on a longer one. We would’ve appreciated a personal welcome and introduction by the owners on arrival or at breakfast the next day, but understood they are busy people with other commitments, and had made very good self check-in arrangements.

Great stay and easy access if you plan to visit Yr Wyddfa
Breakfast was hearty and on the day we had to leave before service the team kindly left us out some food to take with us on our trip up Yr Wyddva (Snowdon). So kind - going above and beyond for their guests. Fantastic views to the surrounding mountains.
