Hotel Boutique TerraNova

Very well located close to multiple cafe, shops and restaurants. The hotel boutique is in a quiet street so you can enjoy being close to the neighborhood while staying in a quiet and clean place. And the staff were the best part, very kind, helpful and gave us all the best recommendations for activities to do during our stay. Recommend +++ and would come back here if I ever go back to Tulum.

Nothing, it was perfect!

simple & clean , a few blocks to shop/cafe, but around corner in a quiet block.

toilet was not flushing well. had to flush twice. Wish ice cubes are available. when I needed, no one was at the counter/bar, so not sure if they offer. The stairs to the rooms on second floor are super narrow. do not recommend to someone who has challenge on balance.

Quiet and safe, nice chilled vibes and the staff are great especially Franco he is so lovely and helpful very close to La vela cafes and shops.

I have to say, Leo was incredibly helpful, he was kind, attentive, very customer service oriented. Super friendly and nice.

I usually don’t write many reviews, until the owner of this “Boutique Hotel” thought it was ok to charge us $50 for a pillow, simply cause it was brutally hard and uncomfortable, so I decided to take some of the cheap polyester stuffing out of it. I actually told one of the cleaning team members, I was going to replace the pillow at the end of our 13 days stay with them, since I am a very respectful customer. The place was listed as a boutique hotel, but has nothing on an actual boutique hotel standards. The owner needs to put a little bit more love into his hotel, repaint the walls, the rooms are incredibly dark, replace the wood on the bathroom floor and pay more attention to detail. The towels were hard and old, and the lock of the main door was not working properly. I’ll like to mention again how Leo was the star of the hotel, he was very friendly, kind, understanding and very customer service oriented. Unfortunately I don’t recommended this hotel to any of my friends and I won’t be coming back.
