The apartment is situated in the heart of the old town of Salerno (Centro Storico). It is nestled in a residential apartment block so if you want an authentic Italian feeling, this is the place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has air conditioning.
The host Elena is very helful and welcoming, there is a supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and the apartment is surrounded by some lovely restaurants.
It was not a problem for us but if you struggle with stairs, it's on the third floor and there is no lift.

Amazing apartment. Great location, great decor, excellent kitchen and towel supply, nice big living area. Light and airy. Helpful host.
The second bedroom is in an open loft area with very low headroom. Not well represented currently in description and photos. But price was very fair.

Excellent location and fantastic apartment with well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities. The loft bedroom was a favourite for the kids. The whole unit was surprisingly soundproof for being situated in a bustling neighbourhood of cafes and shops. Close enough to walk to ferry port, train station, local beach, boardwalk area and grocery stores.
