A ground floor barn conversion in the North Wales village of Tal-y-Bont that can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Bwthyn Beach is a barn conversion set in the village of Tal-y-Bont in North Wales. It has one king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, it can sleep two people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is a off road parking, an external utility and a courtyard area with a bench. Bwthyn Bach is a cosy cottage in a wonderful coastal location. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome (no more than 25kg in weight).
Amenities: Underfloor heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in shared external utility. Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot. Highchair available on request. Use of indoor heated swimming pool in owner's nearby caravan park, 1st March - End of November. Pool is a 5 minute drive away of a 20 minute walk Boat launching facilities in caravan park. Off road parking for 1 car, boats etc. Open courtyard with picnic bench for own use. One well-behaved dog (no more than 25kg in weight). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles , pub and bistro restaurant 10 mins walk. Rural award-winning beach 10 mins walk.

Note: Within a 5 minute walk there is a restaurant/bistro which is available all year. There is also an arcade, entertainment lounge, Ice cream parlor, fish & chip take away, convenience store which is available from April - October.

Town: This holiday village lies between Barmouth and Harlech, surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park. Talybont has an Italian reastaurant, a pub and a beach. It's a good base for walking, cycling, fishing and watersports. Barmouth boasts a Blue Flag beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Cader Idris is nearby, the second highest mountain in Wales. Zip World Titan, Bounce Below and Zip Caverns are all nearby - just a handful of the many superb attractions within easy reach of this lovely area.
