Posizione splendida a pochi passi dal mare. La terrazza al secondo piano con vista diretta sul mare e contornata da pini, luogo stupendo per colazioni ed aperitivi. Giardino e patio in totale privacy e relax. Spazi adeguati e servizi funzionanti anzi , devo dire finalmente un Wi-Fi che non traballa e sia al piano terra che al secondo piano e nel patio. La cortesia di Silvia al ricevimento con olio, dolcetti sardi ed un bel sorriso oltre alla gentilezza di anticiparci il check in. Spero di ritornaci per godere ancora di tanta pace ed armonia.
La struttura era perfetta, diciamo che la spiaggia non è bellissima .

Lage, Komfort, Schöner Garten, Strand, Einmalige Aussicht, Geräumiges Haus, das ausreichend sinnvolle Beschattung bietet (Klimaanlage vorhanden, wir brauchten diese jedoch nicht), eigene Parkplätze, Betreuung (zuvorkommende, freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber)
Ameisenbefall in der Küche (Nest vermutlich hinter Einbauten) und auf Balkon. Aufgrund der billig wirkenden und z.T. schlecht funktionierenden Türen und Fenster (außer im Erdgschoss-Bad) kamen diese vermutlich dahin. Tipp: Speisesalzbarriere legen vor Balkonfenster. Gegen den Küchenbefall konnte man nichts tun. Nicht so toll war die Küchenausstattung zum Kochen, und es fehlten teilweise praktische Kleiderhaken zum Aufhängen von Küchenwäsche und Handtüchern. Das müsste man verbessern (wenn ich der Eigentümer wäre), aber ansonsten ist es eine sehr gute und empfehlenswerte Adresse.

Definitely requires a car and guests need to carry in potable water, as it is not available within walking distance.

À 2 minutes à pied de la plage privée et une vue magnifique sur la mer. Des couchers de soleil chaque soir sur la mer. Le jardin est sécurisé pour les enfants en bas âge.
La literie malheureusement n’était pas au rendez-vous mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un super séjour.
