Condo #27 @ Beachside Villas

Las instalaciones están muy anticuadas ventanas obsoletas q no abren; puertas desaniveladas no hay quien lo asista a uno en la llegada ! El personal no es muy atento

Facilities were great.

The beach was very dirty and cluttered with garbage.

Ist schon stark abgewohnt und bedarf einer Renovierung. Küchenausstattung ist alt und mäßig.

It was big/spacious and the beds were neat and clean. The kitchen appliances were superb (very modern fridge, rice cooker, mixer and toaster, available slow cooker, just the pans could be renewed). Concierge was always available and very helpful.

There were renovations going on in the neighboring properties from morning to night which was annoying. Some renovations at our property would be necessary as color is falling off the railings, front door is closable and lockable but you can see open slits. The bathroom looks quite old as well. Ants were in the kitchen so we had to be aware of were to put our foods. The towels peovided were clean but had some stains that were permanent. We once also had a cockroach in our condo, it was found dead the other day. Overall, it was too expensive for the off season, all the surrounding renovations bothering us and the state of the condo.
