The apartmens are quite new and modern and have basic equipment needed for vacation. The buildings are in a quiet place with nice views.

The owner provides missleading information on booking that the apartments have a washing machine in the kitchen. Actual laudry is in one of the building's basement and there are only 2 washing machines for all the 15+ apartments to share and you have to pay extra to use them. Knowing how expensive the place is, it is really inconvinient detail. When we checked in, the apartment was not cleaned properly and there were crumbs all over the living room floor. After pointing it to the owner he did nothing. We had two separate reservations and once first reservation was ending asked to do the cleaning in the apartment. The owner promised it but once we came back nothing was done. He was very rude when we asked what happened and started telling stories about covid protocols. Very unprofessional attitude using covid as an excuse to save and not to provide proper services. We were charged our credit card way before arriving to the place though at booking it was said "Payment at the property". Just the day before leaving we found out that ALL apartments as well as parking gate have same entrance code which is serious safety concern. And lastly, one of our family members got strange bug bites while staying at the property which the doctor confirmed was bed bugs bites.
