La vista meravigliosa, appartamento con potenzialità,check in comodo
Facendo per lavoro questo mestiere… vanno sistemate le cose rotte ( applique cucina, sedie usurate, ruggine) piccoli particolari che fanno la differenza, al posto dei quadri mettere magari un tappeto, mobili più curati ed accoglienti, sedie usurate, manutenzione più curata.. è un peccato perché l appartamento è bello. Lasciare una bottiglia d acqua magari, e mettere una lavatrice.

Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Sehr netter Vermieter. Gute Ausstattung (incl. Weingläser)
Sehr laut!! Die Terrasse liegt direkt oberhalb einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Verkehrslärm! Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört von oben und den Nachbarwohnungen jeden Ton. Über der Wohnung lebt eine nette, aber immer sehr laute Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern . In der Zeit von 07.00 bis 23.00 ist an Ruhe oder gar Schlaf nicht zu denken. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist ab ca. 18.30 Uhr immer von Gästen des auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindlichen Restaurants besetzt.
