About this house rental
Modern clean contemporary townhouse centrally located in the desirable Roads neighborhood. Minutes away from Brickell/Downtown, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Wynwood and South Beach. Miami airport is easily located, only 15 minutes away.

In addition to the Private room and bathroom guest will have a balcony and excess to the pool. Guest don't have to share the Pool with the owner. Guest will have a private entrance to the property.

Owner also lives in the house but has his own private space ! There will be no interaction and no shared space with the owner and travelers.

This was a beautiful, serene spot to stay! Checking in was seamless, property was clean and tranquil, amenities were perfect, and the host was friendly! We had zero issues and would come back again

The house was modern and beautiful. Some complained about the proximity of his room and honestly he respects your privacy completely. We jokingly said he doesn’t exist (since we never saw him) so the fact he’s there, doesn’t make the trip uncomfortable. Also the camera is in the public area not in any private areas. It’s very close to Miami Beach about a 15 minute ride and the area is packed with food places and entertainment. I will most definitely be staying there again. 10/10 location.

The condo was beautifully decorated for the holidays, and very clean. Covid-19 precautions were being taken in the condo. Will was a very kind and inviting host - communication was excellent. The condo had everything we needed. A comfortable bed, a balcony, a beautifully decorated bathroom with an amazing shower, and a gorgeous back patio with a pool. Coming from Ohio, we enjoyed the 80 degree weather and the pool. This condo was located in a prime location. Close to the free Coral Way Trolley, which was very convenient. Within walking distance of quite a few delicious restaurants. We were about 10-15 minutes away from South Beach in Miami.Overall, we enjoyed our stay with Will, and we highly recommend this property!
