About this apartment rental
This apartment is located in a little paradise called Grunwald II, a residential in the heart of Bávaro, Los Corales-El Cortecito. 25 minutes away from the airport and at walking distance from the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana. The complex has 15 villas divided in 39 apartments, surrounded by a beautiful green garden and relaxing pool area. The apartment itself is on the ground floor and has a small patio which garden view. The unit was recently renovated and has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Cable TV and Wifi are available and free of charge.
The location of the complex is just perfect. You walk outside and can find grocery stores, pharmacies, money exchange, bars, restaurants, excursions sale points, etc...
The beach is only at 5 minutes walking distance!
If you want to explore the city you can easily hop on the public bus, which picks you up or drops you off anywhere you like for just 1 dollar.
Other possibilities to get around are taxi's and rental cars, which are available just outside the complex.
IMPORTANT INFO;
-Electricity is EXTRA and is based on your consumption. The electrical meter will be read on the day of your arrival and the day of your departure.
Therefore a deposit of 100 $US IN CASH needs to be paid at the time of arrival.
-Pets are NOT allowed.
