The green and red cabins

Lovely cabins, well designed, super friendly host, great location.

צימר כיפי ובעל הדירה היה חמוד מאוד. מה שביקשנו הביא לנו מיד ואפילו סייע לי עם טעינת הרכב. הצימר מעולה לזוג עם מתקנים טובים, 2 דושים במקלחת, קמין, מנגל עם פחמים, חצר חמודה, מזגן מצויין ואפילו כמה משחקי קופסה. לדעתי הצימר הכי טוב שהייתי בו עד כה

מקום מפנק עם חשיבה על כל הפרטים הקטנים, חופשה זוגית מושלמת!

The cabin itself is beautiful - wood and stone, exactly like the pictures. Unfortunately the stay was let down by the host.

We arrived to find the check-in information was wrong (we were told a key would be in the door; it actually needed a code). When we went to use the sauna, the taps released chunks of ants that went all over my husband's legs and bit him. We sent the host a video; his response was "they weren't there when I cleaned this morning", and his only offer was to come exterminate the place while we were staying in it with our two dogs. The next morning he offered to move us to the neighboring unit. When my partner and the dogs went to check it out (using the code the host gave us), they walked in on a half-naked man - apparently the previous guests, who "were meant to leave at 11", three hours later. The move dragged on about three more hours. We eventually decide to move as second cabin (the red one) was genuinely nice: bigger yard, no ants in the sauna, plunge pool and spa, nice deck. We moved over and had a good time. Just before Yom Kippur, the water went off entirely. We could hear roadworks outside and assumed the municipality had shut it off. I texted the host asking if he knew when it would be back; he forwarded a municipality notice that the works had finished and wrote "thank you for your patience". When I said it would have been nice to know in advance, he answered "burst water mains surprise us all" - though the notice had clearly reached him before we were told anything. Then right after Yom Kippur, the host texted "just let me know when you're leaving" - and about 15 minutes later came in and told us we had to leave because of the state we'd left the first cabin in. An unpleasant end.
