About this house rental
RENOVATION COMPLETE!! RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Unobstructed views for miles. Walk out the back door, off the deck then immediately you are on the sand! Stunning ocean view from the cozy indoor sitting area. Very private with no neighbors to the south and blocked view of the north houses yet walking distance to popular hot spot eateries. Large 50-inch TV in family room and TVs in all three bedrooms. Rokus with active Hulu and Netflix on all four! Two queen bedrooms and the third with two Duo bunks. Two baths, one with tub/shower combination, the other full-size walk-in shower with seat and pull-down sprayer. Linens included at no additional cost. Kitchen well equipped. All new cabinets, granite and appliances. New large capacity washer and dryer. Non-Smoking home. Unfortunately, since two incidents a month after renovation, we are NO LONGER a pet vacation rental.

Another great long weekend at Hip Nautical! Perfect location, dog friendly and beautiful property. The hosts are always available and do everything possible to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will be back!

This was our second stay at HipNautical and the place is even better than it was on our first visit in 2023. The house is right on the beach and offers beautiful views, especially in the morning when the sun comes up. Everything was tidy and in good order when we arrived. The kitchen and baths were updated since our last stay and very nice! We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything you'd need for making a meal. Bedrooms are cozy, living and dining area perfect for a big group w/kids (or just 2 adults who like to spread out!). Vickie was available by text if we had a questions, always friendly and quick to reply.We stayed in the week leading up to Christmas and all of the local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. were open all week. Terrific time to visit with all of the fantastic Christmas decorations and festive drinks on offer everywhere we ate. Some of more touristy summer attractions were closed (ex. mini golf) but the Wright Bros natl park was open.The beach was pretty quiet except for the occasional brave winter surfer and the shell collecting was great! We're already planning our next winter getaway and look forward forward to staying at HipNautical again.

We had a great time!! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach cottage. We especially loved hearing the ocean waves every day and night. The cottage is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the water.

Amazing views, friendly hosts, and incredible location. Kitchen is well equipped and property is as described in the listing. A place to definitely add to the "visit again" list.
