About this villa rental
🏠 The Villa
Accommodating up to 12 guests, the house features 5 bedrooms (including a family room and a children’s dormitory) and spacious living areas designed for comfort and conviviality.
Ground floor:
-Entrance leading to a large living space facing the sea, including a lounge, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen (with fridge, ice and cold-water dispenser).
-Reading and relaxation room with fireplace, billiard table, and an impressive library.
Sea view:
-Master suite with queen-size bed (160 cm), bathroom (bathtub, shower, and double sink), sea-view terrace, and mezzanine office/lounge area offering a breathtaking view.
Upper floor – Garden side:
-Family suite with double bed (140 cm), children’s corner (bunk bed), and bathroom with WC.
-Double bedroom (140 cm) with ensuite bathroom.
-Twin bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm) with shower room.
-Children’s dormitory (4 single beds including 2 bunk beds) with bathroom.
Basement:
-TV room with large sofa for movie nights and a piano.
-Laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
🌞 Outdoors
Large furnished terrace with an incredible view of the bay.
Landscaped garden facing the ocean.
-Direct access to the sea via a private path and outdoor shower (beach access available in good weather).
-Outdoor dining area with large tables, deckchairs, and sun loungers.
-Ping-pong table, barbecue, and shaded areas with large sail awnings.
-Parking for up to 4 vehicles within the property.

-Bed linen, towels, and household linen provided.
-Beds made on arrival.
-Welcome and cleaning products supplied.
-End-of-stay cleaning included.
🐾 Pets
We are happy to welcome pets upon prior request at the time of booking.
An additional fee of €50 per pet per week applies.
We kindly ask that pet owners ensure their animals:
-Do not climb on sofas, beds, or other furniture
-Do not cause any damage inside or outside the property
-And that all waste is cleaned up before departure
In the event of non-compliance or damage, part of the security deposit may be withheld to cover cleaning or repair costs.

A €4,200 security deposit will be requested via the secure Swikly platform prior to arrival.
No amount is charged or blocked, and the authorization is automatically released within 7 days after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection.

Solène, a local expert, will personally welcome you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay to assist with any needs and share her best recommendations for Pyla and the Arcachon Bay area.
