New villa for 12 people whose contemporary architecture offers clear, refined volumes.
It consists of two houses joined by a suspended walkway.
Very large living room with cathedral ceiling comprising living room, dining room and fully equipped American kitchen, all overlooking a large terrace facing the sea, partly covered with summer dining room with outdoor heating and plancha corner.
Very bright villa with sun crossing all day.
6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom or shower room and its private wc.
Guest toilet
Return from the beach with outdoor shower (hot water), wooden ladders for beach towels.
Garage for one car, large laundry.
Internet and wifi connection, usb sockets in each room, printer, three televisions, Freebox with Blu-ray player, DVD player, many DVDs, Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth, board games,
Linen or cotton satin sheets, towels and linens provided, pillows and quilt in pure goose down.
Welcome products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body milk, bath salts) by Anne Sémonin, slippers, hair dryers, umbrellas, safe.

Une maison magnifique, à la situation idéale. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Chacun a son espace et les pièces de vie sont parfaites. La vue est très belle et la mer à 2 minutes à pied . Bref nous reviendrons !

I hired this villa for my friends and family over my wedding in Arcachon and I couldnt think of a more perfect place to get ready the morning of my wedding. The surroundings are stunning and the villa immaculate, with everything that you could possibly need. Everybody loved the fact that it was so close to the beach and Le Moulleau, and the villa has fantastic communal space for everyone to enjoy. I was also so well looked after throughout the booking of this villa, the owner couldnt do enough, she is a wonderful woman with great taste! I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting to have a special stay in a beautiful part of the world. Thank-you so much! Claire.
