Sehr gute Lage, 2 Min vom Bahnhof, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn es ins Stadtzentrum geht. In der Nähe ein größerer Supermarkt.
Prima ist der Privatparkplatz und der Service von Noure ist vorbildlich.
