Good value for the money

There was enough space in the apartment. The terrace was good with a sea view.

The bed in the bedroom was not comfortable and was very creaky due to which I was not able to fully rest. So maybe this could be changed because the good sleep is very important when you are on a vacation.

Good value for money

The appartment was clean and quiet, the parking is near - in front of the building, the double bed in the bedroom is comfortable, the mattress is very good, there are two balconies, one large with a sea view, all facilities in the appartment are as listed.

The two beds in the living room/kitchen are not so comfortable as the double bed in the bedroom, there are no hangers at the entrance corridor since it is small, so there is no space for hangers.

Very welcomed and kind host. We really like the apartment and location. The see view is amazing. The apartment has everything you need. There are free parking places. Highly recommend!

Only the sofa is not comfortable to sleep on because it is hard and has edges when stretched. If it was a sofa with large cushions that fit on a mattress, that would be perfect. Or if there is a top mattress, that will be ok. Everything else is perfect.

Perfect!

The host was great. Welcomed us, gave us instructions, directions and tips for Kavala. The apartment was super clean, with absolutely everything for a nice stay for a couple. The view from the big terrace - exceptional. Really happy with our stay!

We had a nice and relaxing evening in a comfortable space after a long day walking around Kavala.

The room is quite comfortable and can accommodate four people. The balcony is enormous and there's a great view to the sea and to Thassos Island. There are a lot of facilities for a family stay - fridge, kitchen, big table, and a smart tv with wi-fi. It's in a relaxed area of Kavala and parking is available nearby, which was very important for us. There's a nice beach nearby. There are supermarkets and a bakery nearby. Value for money is excellent.

The beds in the living room are smaller, good for a few days, but may be an issue for a longer stay. It's not close to the center, so you should be prepared for 30-40 minute walk. Not very easy to find.

It was easy to find following the navigation, the host was there a minute after a phone call, the apartment is big enough for a family with small kids. We stood for one night, and the next morning we had a car stroll in Kavala. It is a beautiful city!

The Evris suite is a pleasant place equipped with all that you need and really clean. You can cook your own food if you want, as you have a full kitchen. We only stayed for one night but one can spend many more as the place is not far from the city center, a 15-20 min walk. You have your own parking spot. Wifi for free.

A canvas cover or an umbrella for the balcony will be nice to have so that you can enjoy your coffee outside. The sun rise is exactly on the balcony part.

Great hosts, polite and helpful. The place was equipped with everything necessary. Tidy and comfortable. 5-6 min drive from the old town. Very easy calm communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Number one in Kavala

Very clean apartment where you will find more than everything you'll need. This is literally a house which you wouldn't like to leave at all. Private free parking, sea view, lovely hosts. The hosts warmed up the room for us before we arrived as we have a baby.

Very friendly welcome! The host Evris is very helpful, pleasant. We are delighted with him. He gave us a bigger apartment than the one we booked. The accommodation is located on a hill with very large teracce, with sea view. The air is fresher and cleaner than in the city. Elevator is inside the building. Private and safe parkin place is on front of building. The flat is very modern, new, confortable, exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, modern, beautiful furniture, comfortable bad, quiet. Flat is fully equipped.Sincerly recommendation. Thank you Evris. We will return! Best regards from Ksenija i Ivica.
