Beautiful, spacious house, very well decorated and arranged. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the living and dining areas were perfect to gather as a group. AC/cooling helped when it got warm. Private/gated parking space was nice. Host was friendly, communicative and spoke English.
Minor points: the water in bathroom sink collects but drains eventually and the beds were pretty firm so not as comfortable for us, but may be ok for others.

Wunderschönes altes Haus mit großzügigen Zimmern, super Betten. Herrlicher Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Überall sind Fliegengitter, so dass man wunderbar nachts durchlüften kann, ohne die Klimaanlage benutzen zu müssen.
Es gibt eine Menge an Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen. Um richtig schön kochen zu können, wäre die Küche noch verbesserungsfähig (Töpfe auf Induktionseignung überprüfen, vielleicht ein Schneidebrett aus Holz statt Plastik, Lösung für‘s Abtropfen, wenn man abwäscht).

Echt een heel mooi verblijf. Alles recentelijk volledig vernieuwd. Het verblijf is zeer schoon. Heerlijke bedden met zeer fris beddengoed en handdoeken. Wij verbleven met twee kinderen. Heerlijke en mooie tuin om in te eten, te zonnen of rustig een boek te lezen. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je krijgt ook leuke tips om plaatsen en horeca te bezoeken. Strand op 15 minuten rijden met toilet, kleine bar en toezicht (heel rustig). Echt een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Noord Portugal te bezoeken. Zeer goede ook nieuwe airco’s. Leuke keuken met alle faciliteiten. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Je kan zo uit de deur leuke wandelingen maken.

The house is very beautiful and clean. The garden is something to behold. Lots of fruit trees, vines, vegetables
The coffee maker didn't work, some of the outlets are not working, and it is a difficult entry upon arrival.
