The location was excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance. Pratunam Night Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, numerous shops, restaurants, and laundry services were all conveniently nearby, making it a perfect base for our stay.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank you to **Shin** and **Trik**, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference.
The hotel is also situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful environment away from the busy streets while still being close to all the main attractions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
The room was smaller than we expected, especially for a family, and felt quite compact during our stay. The absence of a wardrobe made it difficult to organize and store our clothes, which was inconvenient for a longer stay.
Housekeeping was provided daily, which we appreciated. However, there is room for improvement in the overall quality and attention to detail during the cleaning process.
