Location! We are only 5 minutes to Venice beach and quaint, downtown Venice, with lovely boutiques and awesome restaurants. Located on fairways of capri golf course!
The condo is set amongst lovely landscaping and overlooks a pristine pond with exotic birds.
When you enter the condo the newly remodeled, fully-equipped kitchen sits off to the your left, boasting granite counter tops ,stainless steel appliances, recessed ceiling with soffit lighting! The condo flooring is bright, wall to wall grey, faux-wood laminate. bright and elegant All kitchen utensils you will need! coffee pot, toaster oven and blender!
The dining area sits directly off the kitchen with a beautiful round table and overhead lighting. The living area is a large space with full-sized, sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress), reclining chair, and a 46inch flat screen smart tv. very comfortable seating . There is another comfortable chair in bedroom that can be brought out if needed for guests
The master bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable queen size comfortable bed. 46 inch smart tv and en suite bathroom with granite counter tops and lovely stone tiled shower. there is a very comfortable chair in bedroom for reading or watching tv!
The second bedroom is large with two twin beds and a spacious closet./tv memory foam mattress!! Beds can be put together to make a king bed!!
The second bathroom has granite counters and shower/ bathtub combo! Washer Dryer as well!
One of the best parts of this condo is a magnificent, screed-in lanai from which you can observe exotic birds by the pond, and beautiful sunsets. The lanai has a sofa and a chair, stone tile, and top-of-the line Hunter Douglass blinds for shade, if needed.
The condo comes with its own storage unit and parking. We have beach chairs and beach umbrella for your use. Also an area to store bikes and or golf clubs if needed. The clubhouse and pool are a one-minute walk away. This area of Venice is very quiet and safe with beautiful landscaping and so close to the main part of town and beaches. Only 15 mins to sarasota and 1 hour to Tampa! Iam available for any questions you might have. Request to book and I will respond promptly! If you need anything during your stay don't hesitate to ask Iam in town!

This was an incredible place to stay! It will have everything you need. 10 minutes to downtown Venice, the sunsets from the balcony are awesome, the neighbors are delightful, and tons of golf courses around. The two bed/two bath layout is perfect. Amy was more than accommodating, and was great to work with. I highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is clean, the view from the screened-in porch is great, and it is well equipped. The neighbours are friendly, the area is quiet, and it is conveniently located not far from stores, downtown Venice, golf, and the beach. We highly recommend it.

Everything was great, the furnishings were comfortable, the kitchenware was adequate, the bed was comfortable. I was there by myself, but plenty of room for family of four.
