About this house rental
Rarely rented beach house to be offered for rent for three weeks only this summer. The house is renovated, an immaculate 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a vaulted ceiling large family room, 70 inches HDTV flat-screen television, an open kitchen, a downstairs master bedroom with a king-size bed, and lots of room. Just steps to the beach on a very quiet street. Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented close by. Full-week rentals only from Sunday to Sunday to ensure proper cleaning.
The space:
The entire house and yard are yours to enjoy! Also, there are 5 working bikes to enjoy the area. A water feature/fish pond provides the sounds of soothing water as you sit on the back deck and enjoy the nicely landscaped year.

The en-suite master has a king-sized bed and walk-in shower. One additional bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed. Brand new washer and dryer on the 1st floor; cable and WIFI. A beautifully furnished vaulted ceiling living room has a large flat-screen TV, ample seating, a wine refrigerator, and an antique table for family gatherings. The kitchen has Quartz countertops and natural wood island with 4 bar stools that are ideal for morning breakfast. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Dishes, flatware, and glassware are provided. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. There is a back deck with lounge chairs for relaxation along with a Weber gas grill and outdoor shower. 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys were also provided.

We had an amazing week. This is a beautiful, newly renovated and spacious house located just a few steps from the peaceful (and not crowded) Lewes beach. The owner was very responsive, flexible and extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

We had a great week during our last week of summer before the start of school. This is a good place for families. Calm and quaint. Two notes: 1. The downstairs front bedroom gets really hot. 2. The rustic barn doors are so cool looking but can be really loud and don't stay shut without having to lock them. That can be a problem when you have young kids trying to stay asleep or get to a parent in the middle of the night. Also, Make sure to update your listing to show that you DO have beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. That was great to have! A beach umbrella would be nice, too. The kitchen was well stocked and lovely. Really enjoyed the backyard and the bikes. Thanks for a great time. It was wonderful.

We will definitely go back. We had a wonderful stay. We felt like at home. Great location. And Lewes is so charming!
