This is our 6th stay here. Needless to say we loved it. The pool was the best part. we were in the water from 7am to 7pm with short breaks to eat, etc. Dwight was a delight as always. You cant miss wwith this house if you love the pool

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The house is beautifully kept and has all the amenities we needed for the week. There are tons of brochures suggesting things to do in and around La Quinta. Dwight was also a wealth of knowledge of the “what to do” while we were there. Special shout out to Dwight for being extra attentive when we thought we had a minor issue (turns out we didn’t)! We utilized the pool/hot tub daily while also being close enough to plan day trips for hiking, sight seeing, exploring Joshua Tree National Park, and even playing some pickleball at the local park. We couldn’t believe the value for the quality of our accommodations and care. If we are ever back to this part of the country, we would absolutely stay here again.

Upon arrival pool was dirty, no filtering engaged. Pool Water was stagnant, with surface scum. Controller for jacuzzi , pool etc., was not available (broken). Air conditioner shut down 4 times, during our stay.
Contacted Dwight he was quick to fix air conditioner, frozen coils..But prob repeated itself. Dwight said pool jacuzzi controller was broken by prior guests, awaiting a new part.....Dwight was very helpful but our next stay we would like the Pool to be clean, when we Arrive, with a good filtering system in place. Dwight had to turn jacuzzi on remotely for us each day, for lack of a working controller.
We really enjoy this rental property when the pool is clean, jacuzzi is working, and
Air conditioner is properly working. Hopefully the above problems will be fixed by August, our next stay (????)
