About this house rental
Any Lease of this Lot must be for at least thirty (30) consecutive days. If you are looking for a comfortable and tranquil vacation home, look no further. A perfect location for that Golf Trip, Girls Getaway or Family Vacation. In the gated community of La Quinta Fairways, you will enjoy this comfortable home and relaxing saltwater pool and spa. The home is warm and inviting and is fun for the whole family. With comfortable furnishings and beds our home sleeps six comfortably.
The Gourmet Kitchen is well appointed so you can cook your favorite meals. If your not in the mood for cooking Old Town LaQunita (a mile away) has great restaurant options for dining in or out. You can also find some fun Happy Hours and Entertainment here as well. There are many outstanding dining options throughout the Coachella Valley for your enjoyment.
The Master Suite is a romantic and relaxing retreat, with it's own private bath, a wonderful king size bed, walk-in closet, it's own patio and large flat screen TV. For your enjoyment and privacy, the Master Suite is located away from the two other bedrooms.
The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, private full bathroom, walk-in closet and large flat screen TV. The third bedroom offers two extra long Twin beds (for adults or children), Full Bathroom and flat screen TV.
The open floorplan provides for great entertainment and family gatherings. The dining table seats six with four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. The Living room is a perfect place to spend your evenings curled up by the fireplace with glass of wine to read a good book. Or just kick back on our comfortable sectional to take in a movie (HBO and Showtime) on the 55" Flat Screen.
Take in the stunning mountain views from the living room or patio with the tranquil sounds of the spa waterfall in the background. The Pool and Spa Patio area has a table for four, two lounge chairs, two swivel chairs and three umbrellas. There is also a gas Grill for gilling up your favorite foods.
The property is very clean inside and out, also completely fenced for privacy. We do allow small pets as well.
La Quinta Fairways is a secured gated community, centrally located in a quiet area of the desert. This home is near restaurants, shopping, theaters (New 12 Screen XD), golf, tennis, yoga, pilates with the famous La Quinta Resort & Spa nearby as well. The community is conveniently located close to casino nightlife; the Polo Grounds which features polo horse activities, Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach Music Festival, Career Builder Challenge Golf Tournament; La Quinta and Indio Arts Festivals; and minutes away from the Tennis Gardens in La Quinta. Also enjoy shopping and dining at The Gardens on beautiful El Paseo. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are many hiking trails and horseback riding facilities located in the area.

Thanks Claire and Ken for making our November, 2021 vacation so special. Your home has the perfect floor plan for an extended family stay. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable with updated high-end furnishings. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool/spa area with views of the mountains to the south/southwest. The home had all the necessary appliances, utensils and so on. Old Town La Quinta and the Resort are an easy bike ride away which we enjoyed several times during our stay. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts - we look forward to our next visit!! Vance and Beth

My family had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous La Quinta property. The home is beautifully maintained with lovely amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were in our home away from home. The pool and hot tub were always inviting as they were also well maintained along with the grounds. We loved having the orange and grapefruit trees right in our own yard. Walking to Old Town La Quinta was great to take in the various markets and outdoor art festivals. Claire was easy to get in touch and responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our stay and was stocked with all the necessities. The outdoor space was tranquil and enjoyable all times of the day. We took full advantage of the pool and spa. The community is quiet and friendly. It is in walking distance of Old Town La Quinta with shops and restaurants (Old Town is only 3 blocks long.)
We were also close to many golf courses and other activities in the valley. Only down side was the house is 40 min from downtown Palm Springs where there are better quality restaurants. Overall everything exceeded our expectations.
