It was spacious, well equipped and clean

Nothing - whilst not 5* luxury it was perfectly serviceable, the location was in a residential area, free parking on street which was fine , the owner was super helpful and hospitable. And so close to the beach and plenty of hot water!

The host was very flexible meeting us, very kind and gave us great tips. The place was better than expected, very clean and in great shape. Lovely location.

Good short stay with a wonderful vacation!

Emmanuel (owner, who lives next door) is very friendly, providing info. which we needed. The location is perfect, 5 min. walk to the beach, 10 min. walk to a delicious bakkery and carrefour super market (with many organic products) also a good sea food shop. Our small appartment for 2 people is at first floor, with quiet bedroom at back side (firm bed). We could find everything which we needed, including the dish washer and Nespresso coffee machine : ) Tips: 1. Take time to walk around the area to appreciate beautiful houses (walk towards Thai restaurant, then retun right and walk up). 2. Hike between Audresselles and Cap Gris-Nez (senic cliff alone the coast). Enjoy wonderful sea food in Audresselles (popular fishing village, need to reserve a tabel in the weekend). 3. Visit vegetable market at Boulogne-sur-Mer on Saterday.

All doors making noise when they are closing, also the shower cabin. The owner mentioned that this appartment will be renovated in november 2022 Sound isolation could be imporoved (we could hear sound from next door and downstairs).

Vriendelijk ontvangst met duidelijke afspraken voor recuperatie sleutels. We gebruikten er enkel het ontbijt (zelf voorzien) maar Er waren enorm veel voorzieningen die we niet benut hebben.

Petit séjour dépaysement.

Nous venons d' y passer un petit séjour dépaysement. Tout était parfait. Il ne manque rien dans le logement. Chose très appréciée la qualité des casseroles elles sont impeccable ce qui est rarement le cas. Literie 10/10 les draps sentaient bon le frais.

Week-end délicieux dans une petite ville côtière magnifique

L’accueil de notre hôte en particulier était vraiment agréable, sympathique et chaleureux. Le studio, entièrement rénové, était cosy et confortable. L’emplacement est parfait, à 5 minutes du centre-ville, de la plage, des restaurants… nous gardons l’adresse !!!

L'appartement était très propre et fort agréable, luminueux et très bien équipé. Facilement accessible et proche de tout, à proximté de belles et fabuleuses balades. Emmanuel est un hôte très accueillant, chaleureux, très disponible et serviable. Il nous a bien renseigné sur ce qu'il fallait faire et voir dans la région, ainsi qu'au niveau des restaurants à essayer en ville. Une adresse que nous recommandons et que nous n'oublierons pas !
