La obligación de tener que depositar la fianza digitalmente, con imposibilidad de poder emplear otro medio, como entrega en efectivo, bizum, o transferencia. No resulta fácil para todo el mundo realizar esta gestión mediante un teléfono móvil, en el que tienes que entrar en el link de Vds. y a la vez entrar también en la web del Banco y operar en ella.

It was a very clean, spacious, quiet, and cozy apartment. The location is perfect to visit all the amazing sites Avila and Madrid has to offer. We were able to park right next to the apartment!

Well located if you visit Segovia by car (and you should because the surroundings are as beautiful as the city). Usually fairly easy parking in the streets around the apartment. The apartment was spacious and quiet and very clean. Upon arrival we found a large bag of local cakes on the kitchen table. Also the house had been pre-heated, which was nice on a cold day.

The kitchen equipment leaves room for improvement: no dishwasher (although the ad says ‘fully equipped kitchen’), no bread knife, pans and cutlery of low quality. The bathroom has no ventilation and there is very little room to put toiletries and to hang towels although there would be plenty of room for a towel rack and extra cupboard. The master bed was comfortable but some of the other beds were too soft. We felt that the house was quite overpriced but we were there for Easter, which may explain the high rate (the Semana Santa procession was great, though).
