Die Lage ist sehr gut, zur Promenade sind es nur wenige Schritte. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass der REWE Markt direkt neben der Wohnung zu errichen war. Bei schönen Wetter haben wir oft auf dem großen Balkon gesessen mit Blick auf dem Bodensee. Hier muss man sich im Klaren sein, dass alle paar Minuten ein Zug vorbei fährt, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. In der Wohnung, bei geschlossenen Fenstern, ist hiervon aber nichts zu hören.
