The price point was very affordable and the bar/food truck lot next door was extremely nice.
There were no negatives as it was as expected.

I like the bed and pillows - it was comfortable. I like that they had a microwave and fridge. And the location is close to everything!

The units are clean the people who run this place I've stayed here several times are really awesome and the location of the buildings in decent place there's a microbrewery almost connected to the facility there's a bar across the street that serves food there's coffee shops within a few minutes walk
Although I felt safe at night the neighborhood seems a little spooky but I said I've been there several times and I haven't seen any violence there's just a lot of sort of homeless people in the general area
