July / August: 6 nights minimum. 15 minutes from the largest beaches of the ocean, the famous Montalivet market (oysters and white wine) from Lac d'Hourtin (children's beaches) and a stone's throw from Pauillac, Margaux, St Estèphe ... Former restored winery of over 300m2 Great comfort for lovers of large volumes, beautiful stones and beams. 3 large master suites.

2 gites rented together. (A very large one with 2 parental suites and common area and 1 smaller separate and independent.

Common equipment: 24 m2 swimming pool, solarium, covered terrace, barbecue, wifi.
Games room: Table football, table tennis, darts and billiards.
All inclusive price:
- Linen: Sheets, hand towel
- Household and everyday products: dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, paper towel, toilet paper, detergent, multi-purpose cleaner, BBQ charcoal, salt, pepper, oil ...)
- End of stay cleaning package
(the premises must however be returned tidy, dishes done, state of cleanliness of use).
- Possibility of lunch and / or dinner with our neighbor; gourmet restaurant (direct access by gate) le chateau beaujardin

Very large house with large space for pool, table tennis, darts etc. Nice pool. Somewhat close to main road. Communication with Gilles was great, very helpful and swift support.

Location of the house was great. Was exactly as advertised. A lot of space, great game room. The pool was also great. The house had all what we needed. Our dog was also allowed and we had a great stay.

Lieu propre et tranquille idéal pour toute la famille des plus jeunes aux plus anciens .
Seul bémol la route trop présente malgré qu'on ne la voie pas.
Ustensiles suffisant pour recevoir du monde.

Ce gîte est composé de plusieurs logements indépendants les uns des autres avec cuisine et salle de bain. La salle de jeux, la piscine sont très agréables. La communication avec l hôte a été très facile.
