Our home, featuring five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, sits directly on the beach, with nothing but sand in between you and the ocean. The house is in the perfect location on the boardwalk- within walking distance to the restaurants and shops at Newport Pier & biking distance to the Balboa Pier. Our home is perfect for entertaining. You can people-watch, bbq, or sunbathe on the large patio; relax and unwind in front of the fireplace & plasma TV; challenge your friends to a game of pool; or watch the sunset with a cocktail in-hand from the master bedroom balcony. This is a great property in a great location. The kitchen is well-appointed and the beds are comfortable. The view is amazing. We had everything we needed and hope to return someday.

We had an amazing time in this luxurious beachfront home! The house has an open floor plan with large rooms and a perfect unobstructed view of the beach. The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating! The property is well-maintained and clean with all the amenities you need for an amazing vacation. I highly recommend this property. We have been in Newport on several occasions and this is our favorite rental by far.
