Hacienda - Private Guest Studio

My room was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting outside with a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset both nights. Bed was comfortable but sparse. Could’ve used a couple extra pillows. Kitchen came with both a fridge and microwave which was great.

1) Almost ran out of toilet paper. No access to additional rolls. 2)No tissues 3)Couldn’t figure out how to turn on television 4)Couldn’t access WiFi 5)Thought I’d lost my key. Manager didn’t have an extra. Need to have an extra key.

We stayed overnight after a concert in Saratoga . The area is beautiful and quiet. Would stay again 🤗

Loved the location and setting .. only works if you are driving/have car. The suite was well equipped and presented .. the outside space to have a drink/ relax was great.

A few small things were missing - like cutlery / serving spoons etc .. there was a slight complication with the check but quickly resolved by Eric ..

Location was nice. The space was unique.

Communication was terrible. Texts appeared to be auto generated. Was sent check-out message before checking into the space. Thought we were booking a hotel, not a private short term rental. Bed was terrible...appeared to be a stack of mattresses. Was told place would be ready at 1 pm, so changed our plans to drop off luggage, and found bed unmade and place not ready. After cleaner left, place still had hairpin bathroom and kitchen. Sink in bathroom only trickles water out of faucet. The owner could do much better with communication and readiness of space.
