Located in Encounter Bay, overlooking the gorgeous Rosetta Harbor, this family sized holiday home offers stunning ocean views, some of the best Victor has to offer.
Sleeps up to 8 guests, ideal for almost any sized family!

Flat rear entry drive, perfect for those who plan on bringing a boat
Beachfront location, and within walking distance to The Bluff, Whaler's Inn and local cafes
As you enter this property you are welcomed by the views of the bay from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes stocked with all the utensils, cutlery and crockery you need to enjoy your stay. The main living room features a large LCD TV and exits onto the large front balcony overlooking the ocean. You will love relaxing on the front balcony to the picturesque bay, whether it be entertaining or just relaxing reading a book to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach.
The master bedroom located at the front of the house also has direct access to the front decking. From your queen bed you will have wonderful sea views where you can appreciate the sunrise across the ocean. The master bedroom also features R/C Air Conditioning, ensuite and Walk-in-Robe.
At the rear of the house you will find an additional 3 bedrooms, Bedroom two has 2 singles and a R/C aircon, Bedroom 3 with a Queen and R\C aircon, and bedroom 4 with a single bunk bed. There is also an additional Bathroom, Laundry and additional sitting room.
The fully fenced rear yard is also large with plenty of room for your boat, great for that mad rush to the boat ramp come tuna season. Best of all its located directly across from the ramp!
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

The property was as listed - there are 4 bedrooms with doonas and pillows provided, but you need to bring all your own linen. The bathroom is simple, combined with the laundry, and there is an ensuite. The living area only has seating for 5. The dining table extends out to seat 8. There are plenty of chairs and tables for outdoor seating. And the view from the deck is superb. The kitchen amenities are quite good. A double oven is a bonus, as was a second small fridge for drinks. There are plenty of pots and pans, platters, cutlery, crockery, etc, but no coffee machine. And there was no knife apart from a bread knife. Note to owner - please supply a sharp knife! Dont expect any extras like you sometimes get i.e glad wrap, olive oil etc. And annoyingly there were no dishwasher tabs. We also had to buy handwash for the bathrooms. And be advised in advance - there is no WI-FI. This would be a deterrent to some - particularly if you have kids who want movies and games etc.
Overall the house is comfortable and the location is particularly pleasing. However, my general comment would be that for the price we paid, I would have expected a bit more attention paid to those details already mentioned above.
