Beautiful and modern 2-br apartment completely refurbished in the center of Cannes
This beautiful apartment of 60m² can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It consists of 2 bedrooms that each offer the possibility to choose (on request) one double bed or two single beds. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom (Italian shower, toilets, hair dryer). The second bathroom is independent and also has an Italian shower and separated toilets.
The American kitchen is fully fitted with fridge and freezer, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, washing and drying machine, dishwasher. It opens onto a large and bright living room, which has a very comfortable double sofa bed.

You are in the very center of Cannes. You’ll easily discover the city on foot, as you are only a couple of minutes away from the Palais des Festivals, the sandy beaches, the shopping street Rue d’Antibes, the restaurants of Rue Hoche, and the train station. All shops as well as the Provencal market Gambetta is are the bottom of the building for your full comfort!

The property is conveniently located for the local attractions (bars, restaurants, station, beach) and the market, albeit that means it can be noisy at times.
Two toilets, two showers, two bedrooms, a modern kitchen was great for the family.
I will highlight the great team at Olam, who took exceptionally great care of us and my thanks goes to them.

the apartment was lovely however the bar stayed open until 2am so was very noisy and then the market opened at 5am - so not ideal.

We've been staying in the apartment for years now and Mike's attention to our needs is perfect. I really appreciate it and we will keep coming back. The apartment is very confortable, modern, everything works great.

Nice newly refurbished clean flat and in central area.
Booking process was smooth but on bed had dirty unchanged linen on bed and filthy sheets in cupboard which was attended to after call but should not have happened in the first place.
The area is extremely noisy throughout the night even with windows closed making it difficult to sleep.
