About this apartment rental
Vast and modern very bright apartment of 80m2, on the 2nd and last floor of a small town house, in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city.
It can accommodate up to 7 guests.
It comprises 2 bedrooms + a mezzanine
Large "cathedral" living room with open modern kitchen fully equipped, opening onto 2 balconies facing south
3-seater leather sofa
2 very large bedrooms (about 15 m2 each), each with en-suite shower room, one with an office area
Reversible air conditioning, wifi
Independent toilet ....

In the kitchen, all the equipment you need: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Washing machine
On request, we also provide the very large mezzanine we see in the photos and in which a person can sleep independently.
This "extra room" also has plenty of storage space and a toilet for your comfort.

It was a wonderful stay at this lovely and charming Appartment. Michael is a great host, was always available and helpful and it was our pleasure to get to know him and his family.
