Boganvilla is a comfortable two-storey holiday home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed with family living in mind. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, which leads out to a shaded terrace with an outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. The private garden enjoys pleasant views over the communal swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a balcony and beautiful sea views, as well as a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a second bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for families with young children. As with all properties in Les Oliveres, the house benefits from air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Hemos pasado unos dias muy tranquilos en Perelló-Mar. La casa, el jardin y la piscina son perfectas y las playas y calas de la zona increibles y nada masificadas.

The location neer wonderfull beaches, the swimming pool, nice and quiet surroundings, fully equiped house, enough space for four persons, two bathrooms.
The smell of the sewer in front of the house and insite the house, the wifi does not work well downstairs (wifi-repeater is not connected to wifi-box), the tv signal is very poor, too little closet space in bedroom downstairs.
