This hotel is close to the south bus station and the Metro (within walking distance). 20 minute metro ride to Old Quito. There are lots of places to eat close by. The staff was helpful and proactive - they arranged rides for us from the bus station and airport. The price was exceptional and included breakfast. There was plenty of hot water!
This is a very basic accommodation - one towel. There is no heater or AC in the room. There was no mirror. It's close to a main street which is quite noisy until 11 pm. Suitable for budget travelers who are looking for a cheap and simple room.

The host was really nice. She was really friendly and helped us. We also got a knife from the kitchen to cut our own fruits. Drinking water is provided and the location is close to the bus terminal Quitumbre. An ATM from the banco international is just around the corner, where you can withdraw money without fees.
The room was not really dark and as it is located close to the street there were a lot of noises during the night.
