The friendliness of the staff. They were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Birgit and Elicier were amazing hosts. The location of the hotel was central in Siggiewi and within a short walk of shops bars and cafes,

Hotel was spotless. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The pool although small was lovely and clean. Bed was big and super comfy. Eli couldn't do enough for us. The location was good .quiet and off the beaten track but plenty of buses close by and Ubers. We hired a car which is a must if you want to see the whole island which we did! Plenty of free parking around our hotel. 3 great places to eat within a 3 min walk of hotel.
It's not a complaint but our room was up a flight of stairs.. no issue for me but for someone with mobility issues it might be difficult.

Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Staff were lovely and always helpful
Our room was on 2 levels but there was no air conditioning on the upper level this made eating breakfast in the warm weather uncomfortable as this was where it was served .

Pressure on shower could have been better.
