Owner and the Staff was really friendly and supportive. Owner is trilingual and fluent in English & Japanese as well. Close to Railway Station, Shopping and Temples. Room was clean with Wifi, AC, Fan and other amenities. I had a nice pleasant experience.

Very convenient location, you can see the railway station. Nadee and the team was very friendly and welcoming. Clean and Well equipped. Nice shower. Do not miss the breakfast it was excellent and value for money. Staff were very helpful on arranging us local Taxis, again very nice people. Overall experience was brilliant and highly recommended for anyone.

Favorable: close to attractions and railway, hot water available, few restaurants nearby. If you want to stay, select AC options. Fans cannot control Anuradhapura heat. Bring mosquito repellent and medicine for after-effects.
First, previous reviews are misleading, and our experience is quite different. The walls are dirty and unpleasant; night is terrifying with mosquitos. We stayed two nights, and there was no room service for the second day. We used the same towels both days and no blankets. The lobby and outside area are well maintained, but the room is poorly maintained, which is unfortunate.
