Nothing in particular. The fact that you get the Filzmoos Card and have access to some facilities it's a plus. Good restaurants very close.
Not clean enough, the floor was really dirty, the lines on the bed are so poor quality and old, that even when they are clean are looking dirty. No toilet paper, no towels, you have to bring or buy everything by yourself 😞 Being directly in front of the street, it's noisy especially during the night or rainy days.
