The facilities are complete and the service is top-notch. Every staff member is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. Even though the weather was bad this time, the trip was still worthwhile.

This is a decent place and the staff are fantastic. However, know what you’re getting into! It’s far from everything. The restaurant is good but has a limited menu and is much more expensive than it should be. The resort will try to charge twice as much as everyone else for rides into town. The “glamping” isn’t glamping. The chalets are nice though, except for the infestation of geckos (good for eating insects, bad for the poop that ends up everywhere). If the issues with geckos were addressed and the prices were brought in line with other places, I’d consider returning there. As it stands, I’m returning to Ponta in December but not to Sky Island.
