Best of all, this well-appointed space is a short walk or bike ride from a luxurious community pool, shaded walking paths, a variety of shops and restaurants, and the white sand beach!

This darling carriage house sits a quarter-mile from the beach, allowing you to sunbathe, swim, and collect seashells with ease. You'll be less than half a mile from bike rentals, several shops, and local dining favorites that include Pizza By The Sea and La Cocina. Nature lovers can visit Camp Helen State Park (two miles southeast), which offers fantastic beach access and great opportunities for hiking and fishing. For some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area, venture over to 30 Avenue (one mile east).

This home shares its property with a main house (Lemon Drop Main House); the two can be rented together as Lemon Drop.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
