Relax in this gorgeous, snowbird-friendly coastal home with a beautiful carriage house out back! This property offers plenty of space for a large family or group to spread out and relax. The main house and the carriage house both have full kitchens that will make cooking a breeze. The top floor offers two balconies for sunrise and sunset viewing, and guests of this rental will also enjoy a furnished patio with a gas grill, as well as access to a lovely community pool.
This property is located near Rosemary Beach and Scenic Highway 30A. There is a tram service (which runs seasonally) that can shuttle guests to the beautiful community pool and the white sand beach. Dine in one of several local restaurants near this home and find the perfect beach souvenir at one of the many shops on 30A. In this central location, guests can also easily venture into the heart of Panama City Beach, just 30 miles down the coast, or Destin, 33 miles west.
The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately as well.
