About this cottage rental
Nestled in a rural setting, this welcoming and comfortable cottage invites you to savor a delightful serenity after historical, recreational, sporting, or unusual excursions. Ground floor: living room (fireplace, sofa, armchairs, LED TV, DVD player), kitchenette (multifunction oven), 1st bedroom (double bed), WC. Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa, 2 extra beds, armchairs, alcove (cot), 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/WC. Electric heating included in the rates. Unfenced grounds (swing set, ping-pong table, trampoline). Guided walks in a 2.5-hectare wooded park. Subject to availability: bicycles available for loan and the possibility of renting 2 electric bikes. Free Wi-Fi access. All-inclusive package (except tourist tax): heating, electricity, firewood, bed linen (beds made), towels and kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning. Pets accepted with prior agreement from the owners. Electric car charging point (no extra charge). If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, please contact the owners for instructions on how to check in independently. This former 18th-century farmhouse is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, an area rich in historical heritage and offering numerous recreational, sporting, and family activities. Guests of all ages will enjoy the tranquility of the 2-hectare wooded park, the rich flora and fauna, or simply relaxing in the shade of the mature trees. During school holidays, younger children will appreciate the large communal playground with swings, bicycles, ping-pong, trampoline, and more, providing the opportunity to make new holiday friends, while parents enjoy moments of peace and quiet. Each accommodation has its own private lawn with garden furniture, a barbecue, and private parking, all within a landscaped screen to ensure privacy.
