LION apartments

First impressions of the building were not very inspiring but it was like a time capsule as the building was crusty and uninviting but once U entered the inner door I was greeted to a hallway with about five separate flats. Each one had it's own keysafe and using clear instructions I entered the room reserved for me. The room was clean, small yes but it had everything to make my stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay there again and felt extremely safe.

As I said the outer building was old and tired with graffiti on the walls and a musty smell in the entrance hall.

Really great stay overall. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was super communicative and helpful whenever I had questions. The room was really comfortable and everything worked perfectly. It felt peaceful, safe, and just an easy place to relax.

Someone worked hard on the building. The facilities all worked. Entry system was secure. It was clean. The washer dryer was useful and the location is good.

We were in Krakow for a week and a half so wanted a space with a kitchen. It lists itself as one bedroom but it is one room with a bathroom -- a studio. It is an exceptionally small room and a large amount of the floor space is taken up with what is not really a closet but is intended to be. What is really happening is that it is covering up a large piece of duct work or some other aspect of the building, but it takes up a significant amount of what little floor space there is available. It is very difficult to tell what is going on just by the pictures of the apartment as they avoid the closet issue and the photos are intermingled with those of other apartments. The closet itself is not particularly useful because it does not have a flat bottom. It is at a slant because of what is being covered up. There is also a large gap off to one side and one needs to be careful nothing disappears down the gap. There is very little free space to put anything. We are lucky because we don't have much luggage but if we did there would be nowhere to put it. We ended up placing it on the windowsill. If you are staying for a night and have a small luggage case and don't intend to cook then this place could work. But if you plan to use it like an apartment then this place will not work. Also the wifi went out continuously. We work while we travel and the internet cut out multiple times. The final problem was the customer service. When contacted about the problems with the space they did not offer to relocate us to another apartment even though they had some available. They said we could rent a second apartment -- as in we would be paying for both. So we stayed but this apartment is misrepresented and we were happy to check out.
