Stunning modern and fully renovated 50m2 attic located in the emblematic Plaza Mayor of Madrid. Bright and at the same time quiet. It features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a magnificent terrace. Located in one of the best and most iconic areas of Madrid.
You will be able to enjoy the views from its wonderful terrace where you can have breakfast with incredible views.

The bedroom has a double bed (140*200). There is a main bathroom. Both the bedroom and the rest of the apartment have sufficient space and storage for all storage needs.

I stayed at this same property last year and returned again this year because of its perfect location; it is an easy walk to everything to see in Madrid.Emilio is a wonderful host and most thoughtful.

I tried, in emails through VRBO, to let you know of some issues and no one responded.
1. The WiFi password and username do not work.
2. The floor lamp in the bedroom does not work.
3. A wall switch in the bedroom need replacement.
4. There are two dead bulbs in the bathroom.
5. A third bulb I’d beginning to flicker.
6. The power went out at 01:30 on Friday so it was pitch black until well after sun up. The elevator was unusable and the emergency lights had failed.
On a positive note, the location is outstanding, making walking Madrid so very easy and enjoyable. I do plan to return next year and I hope that the maintenance issues will be resolved and that the WiFi passwords will be clearly left on a paper somewhere in the unit. The password on the wall in the entry does not match Emilio’s.

Me gustó todo. El apartamento está situado en el corazón de Madrid, alrededor de las principales atracciones, alrededor de cafés, tiendas. El departamento es muy luminoso, acogedor, elegante, silencioso. El propietario es muy responsable, dispuesto a comunicarse y ayudar activamente con cualquier problema. ¡Estoy muy agradecido con todo su equipo y recomiendo encarecidamente el apartamento a todos!
