Costa Blanca is a charming, bi-level penthouse situated in the most desired part of Puerto Aventuras - right on the main beach and only steps away from the many exciting shops, restaurants and activities that this upscale resort community has to offer. Golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, scuba diving and parasailing are just a few ways to enjoy yourself, for those who simply choose to rest, there is a white powder beach washed by the calm, turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea... Perfect for swimming and snorkeling, safe for children, our private bay, unlike Cancun or Playa Del Carmen, has no undercurrent and features nice coral formations. Costa Blanca's main attraction is its location. Both the main level terrace and the panoramic windows of the upper floor Master Bedroom offer a beautiful view of the ocean. This condo comes with fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, reliable toilets, electronic safe, three smart flat screen TVs, DVD/BluRay player and a large collection of movies.

The use of glass block, granite, earth tone tiles and high quality fixtures made them both beautiful and functional.

The property was the perfect size for our family of four. The location is absolutely ideal inside Puerto Aventuras. Ocean views, steps from a very nice pool and private beach area including chairs and palapas. Very short walk to shopping areas, fantastic restaurants, and the dolphin enclosures. The property manager was very friendly and easily reached. Would absolutely stay here again!

An unbelievable must pleace to visit!We were absolutely amazed by the place, really nice complex, host always went above and beyond on the aim to make this holiday a truly unforgettable experience, we hopefully be back soon

We had such an amazing time! The condo was lovely with all the amenities of home. Gina was fabulous answering any question we had and providing us with information on all the things Puerto Aventuras has to offer. We will 100% be renting Roman's beautiful place again.

The condo was not as great as other reviews claimed. The complex is okay but not great; mediocre restaurants and a few trinket shops. The location is between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, but not convenient to either. Nice beach.
